Resumed training
The NOW collagen type II along with chondroitin and glucosamine enabled me to resume training after being unable to lift my arm due to inflammation in my shoulder joint. Unlike previous treatments, this has been effective. The quality is excellent and the price justified. Although the capsule isn't the smallest, adequate water makes it manageable. Enhanced with minerals and calcium, the large package lasts a while. I take one in the evening before bed, and the shoulder no longer bothers me.

Pain disappeared
I ordered this product when I was experiencing problems with my shoulder (frozen shoulder) along with significant pain and restricted mobility. To my delight, it has been effective; I take it on an empty stomach with water, fruit juice, or bone broth. The pain has subsided and mobility is gradually returning.
